The King City Highlands

A 55+ Adult Community

Located in the rolling hills of southeastern Washington County, Oregon, Highlands is a senior community of 319 single-family houses and condominiums in a wooded setting. Walking paths and greenways wind through the community, with an elegant Clubhouse serving as the focus of gatherings and activities.

Highlands offers an active lifestyle for adults 55 and over. Among our recreational and social activities are card games, fitness classes and movie nights. Special events and potlucks offer residents a chance to get together on holidays and other special occasions. The Clubhouse is also available for residents' private gatherings.

An elected Board of Directors — composed of owners — governs the community.
Just a friendly reminder: House-owners who are planning almost any sort of exterior project (e.g., painting, a new roof, changes to your landscape (especially to your trees!), a new fence, and so on ) should check with the ALC to see if you need to submit an Architecture or Landscape Application. You can also check with the Architectural & Landscape Manual to see the current guidelines.

The KC Highlands HOA Finance Committee normally has their monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month. The October 22nd meeting will be in-person in the Clubhouse Board Room, starting at 6:30pm.
Watch HiNet for the official agenda for the FinComm meeting.

A new selection of street trees is available! Two beautiful new options are available for selections as street trees in the Highlands. The full details are posted at the ALC's web page, and the new Street Trees binder can be found in the Clubhouse, near the ALC's information rack in the hallway.

The KC Highlands HOA normally has our Town Hall and HOA Board meetings on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The October 23rd meetings will start at 3:00pm. These meetings will be in-person, at the Clubhouse.
